EP. 344 — 344: Paul Katami and Jeff Zarrillo
Bryan and Erin sit down for an interview with Paul Katami and Jeff Zarrillo, one of the two plaintiff couples in the Prop 8 lawsuit that restored marriage equality in CA. They discuss their documentary “The Case Against 8” and how they became involved in the case all the way up to the Supreme Court, as well as the unexpected fallout they experienced from within their own community. Plus, we’ll hear about the opposition’s underhanded courtroom tactics, which SC Justice impressed the most, and incredible messages from people who have had their lives affected for the better because of the doc.
