EP. 15 — Book Club 5: The Whites
Nate is joined by the very special handsome guests Nelson Franklin, John Forest, and maybe John Ross Bowie for the 5th edition of the Book Club series of Reading Aloud in which they discuss Richard Price’s “The Whites.” They’ll talk about being engrossed in the gritty crime drama following 5 cops called The Wild Geese, the creepy Milton Ramos character, and how the writer assumes that the reader knows all of the police jargon. Get a head start on the next book for the next book club episode which will be the classic F. Scott Fitzgerald novel “Tender Is The Night” and send in your thoughts on the book at readingaloudpodcast@gmail.com. Make sure to come out to see the show LIVE on Sunday, April 12th at UCB-Franklin at 7:30pm. Get your tickets at www.ucbtheatre.com!
