Both have won many theatre awards, her for performing and Navroz for his scenic design. Performing reminded her of her father and took her mind off immigrating to a new country. IT’S A NEW DAY! New prez, new franchise. In its transcendent premiere, Salt Lake City delivered us everything we knew we needed. A Jewish Mormon, a plucky gal who married her step-grandfather, and the gay son we’ve always wanted. We learned that a friendship CAN fall out based on one friend telling the other, “You smell like hospital.” Joining Casey and Danielle to bask in it all is the brilliantly funny and charming comedian, writer, and actress Janelle James. Her opinions are life giving and she makes us sit in what is devastating about some of the gals in Potomac. Thank you Janelle, Andy, Bravo, and Salt Lake City for your service.
