Matthew Brian Cohen
Matthew Brian Cohen has been studying and performing at the UCB since 2009. He currently writes on Maude Night with THE BUS. He wrote and starred in the sketch show Ethical Female Manipulation, hosts the experimental variety show Cool Shit/Weird Shit and the Tent Show, a show that is inside of an actual tent, and directed the sketch show Who Is Funk Shuffle. Previously, he performed on Harold Night at UCB NY, co-wrote and starred in the play Why We Broke Up, and directed the sketch comedy game show, Everyone’s Favorite Game Show. He has written for Saturday Night Live’s Weekend Update, Honest Trailers, Epic How To, and the Onion News Network, as well as McSweeny’s, College Humor, and Trop Magazine. He is the co-editor of the humor magazine Janice, found at www.janicemag.com . He is also on Twitter, like a lot of people, @TheMatthewCohen. His Mom is pretty great.
