Mitch Rouse
Edward Mitchell “Mitch” Rouse is an American film and television actor, director and screenwriter. Rouse is also well-known for creating and appearing in the Comedy Central cult-hit Strangers With Candy (1999), the network’s first half-hour, scripted series, which later became a feature film produced by David Letterman’s World Wide Pants.
