Phil Augusta Jackson is a writer, producer and musical artist from Philadelphia. He is the creator and showrunner of NBC’s “Grand Crew.”
Phil was a supervising producer on “Brooklyn Nine-Nine,” where he also directed, and he was a co-executive producer on HBO’s “Insecure.” His writing credits also include “Key & Peele” and “Survivor’s Remorse.” He has been nominated for Emmy, WGA and NAACP awards and has self-produced and directed shorts and music videos.
